Is nothing Sacred - Now Chocolate

Cadbury: Melamine found in Chinese-made chocolates. I admit it, I have a slight, and yes, only slight chocolate problem.

This is convenient, dare I say, Scapegoat - Suspected Milk Adulteration Syndicate Arrested in China New York Times.
I have a feeling there were a lot more people responsible than just the 34 that have been arrested in an $18 Billion dollar industry in China.
