I am amazed that a company tracked down to an address in Shanghai, unit 61398 that supposedly has done a huge amount of hacking against non Chinese targets. Unit 61398 is only 1 of about 20 such organizations in China I did not use the term Western, since other countries such as India, Vietnam, Japan, and Taiwan are also routine targets of hacking.
