Teaching Kids when you don't know Chinese

Hello, I want to teach my children chinese. I want them to recognize and to be able to speak the language. I don't speak the language myself . So I am looking to learn as my children learn. I have a 6; 4 and a 2 year old. What material do I need to start teaching? I would look at the Better Chinese products, I feel they are more focused / friendlier for a non Chinese speaking teacher. And they have a huge amount of support materials.
