China Ban's 17 More Food Additives

Lye, boric acid banned as food additives in China

The list includes:
  • industrial formaldehyde - Makes seafood appear fresher.
  • Boric Acid - used in noodles and dumpling to increase elasticity
  • Industrial Dyes to make food seem fresher (meats, tea, chili powder, etc.).
Now the question is enforcement...
