I am pretty liberal with my guarantee, 100% money back within 30 days. Today, somebody pushed the point, actually several points, and I accepted the goods verbally, but I am not happy about it.

One point was item was shipped beginning of December, and it's now March. My warranty is 30 days.

Another point is one of the books being returned in has already been colored, items are supposed to be returned unwritten in...

My goal with my guarantee is to be fair, and I don't feel the customer was being fair in this.
