Chinese Bilingual Education in Canada

Vancouver's own not-so-quiet revolution - The Vancouver Sun.

Good article. I am surprised at the extent of Chinese classes in Edmonton with 13 schools in a 50/50 for Chinese and English instruction. Wow!
