I just got a post card / mass mailing that listed a bunch of houses, all sold for around a Million, and the majority of them were All Cash!

And the post card was more about listing your property, and why you should sell.

Boom times for selling houses is back in Rowland Heights! What I am hearing is overseas money is keeping the local housing market red hot.
