Universal Jurisdiction and China

Spanish Judges have the ability under Spanish Law through a concept known as Universal Jurisdiction which gives them the ability to investigate serious human right violations. So far this has included the US and Israel.

For China, the Spanish Judges have two investigations into Falun Gong, and another into Tibet.

I see the investigations as biased, since there is no investigations of North Korea that had as much as 3 Million died in the last famine that was artificially concentrated on areas that were not as politically reliable, Syria that leveled their fourth largest city, Homa, when it rose in revolt, or what Iran has done with Torture with journalists and dissents, including a Canadian Lady Journalist who was killed in police custody.
