Chinese Price Controls

China has been introducing price controls into the economy. From food to diesel to oil. Per some accounts, after the Chinese New Year price controls will be reduced on food such as pork and other Chinese staples. There is also a worry that inflation on food during 2008 may lead to political unrest. Price increases my have also led to Tianamen Square.
