Chinese toy makers' struggles dim Christmas joy from the LA Times. And there are a lot of new requirements for lead testing for toys which are going to have a big impact on the toy industry.

The retail environment this Christmas has been challenging. The question is will consumer confidence in the US change after the inauguration, or keep the same? And what will happen in China as the US imports less, causes challenges to the steady high growth that has done so much to reduce poverty in China?
