One of my instructors in my MBA class, a class on stress, was talking about the psychology behind brain washing and how this can increase your stress level. Fun class that my wife was allowed to attend! Persuasion can even be just a little favor, especially when everything else is pretty lousy, that can lead to changes in behavior. A little kindness at the right time can have a huge impact. Knowing how to change attitudes and habits is a great skill for teachers to have!
